New Version Discount
Our future is also your future. Our ability to develop new features and keep up with changing hardware and OS systems is based on the purchases you make today. So current owners of PracticianWorks should not have to pay full retail for a version upgrade in the future. PracticianWorks is committed to customer loyalty by providing significant discounts for new versions. A new version is designated by a primary number shift, for example the old version may be 3.2 and the new version may be 4.0.

Same Version Updates
From time to time, PracticianWorks may make updates to a current version (moving from 3.2 to 3.3, for example). Those updates are included in your annual license fee and there will be no additional charges for those updates. CPT® updates their service codes every year and your annual update includes the new CPT® codes. The update will also include any changes to the DSM codes when the next edition is released. The cost of a new DSM™ and CPT® is worth the license fee alone!

Technical Support
Your initial fee for PracticianWorks includes one year of technical support. Additionally, each annual license fee also includes a year of technical support. Hopefully, PracticianWorks functions so well for you that you don’t ever need it, but we want to be there for you if you do.
